Mon Autre École is an alternative space for access to art, and a first step on the artistic and reflective journey of the young artists we welcome.
It’s a place for meeting, exchanging, and sharing through masterclasses, workshops, film clubs, discussions, meetings, and exhibition visits.
Mon Autre École’s approach is both artistic and societal. Each project is approached with rigor and commitment. Up-and-coming artists are supervised and supported over the long term, to build their artistic approach and help it evolve towards professionalization.
Encounters are also at the heart of our actions. Through exchanges based on taking others into account, listening to them, and being available to them, we strive to work closely with young people and their aspirations. That’s why in our practice, we place great emphasis on networking with players in the arts sector, whether in formal or alternative circuits. The various encounters and collaborations enable young artists to broaden their perspectives, multiply their creative horizons, and, ultimately, offer them real professional opportunities.
